‘Share Your Love for Stav’s and Win’ Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize

  • The prize is one (1) Stav’s Kantina Gift Voucher valued at AUD $150.

  • The voucher is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and must be used in a single transaction.

  • The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

2. Entry Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Stav’s Kantina and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the competition period.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible to win, entrants must complete all of the following criteria:

  • Dine at Stav’s Kantina located at Shop 3, 5 Forest Park Street Meridan Plains, Sunshine Coast, QLD, 4551, and post an original photo or video of the dining experience.

  • Follow Stav’s Kantina on both Instagram and Facebook.

  • When posting your entry:

    – On Instagram, you must use the tag @stavs.kantina.

    – On Facebook, you must use the hashtag #stavskantina.

  • The entrant’s social media account(s) must be set to Public at the time of entry and judging so the post can be viewed.

4. Competition Period

  • The competition closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30/11/2025.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

  • The winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) and publicly announced within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.

  • The winner must respond to the notification message to claim the prize within 72 hours of contact. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn at random.

  • By entering, the winner consents to Stav's Kantina using their name and entry photo/video for promotional purposes (e.g., announcing the winner).

6. General Conditions & Disclaimer

  • Stav’s Kantina reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed incomplete, spam, offensive, or does not comply with these terms.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to Stav's Kantina and not to Facebook or Instagram.

  • The laws of Queensland, Australia, govern these terms and conditions.
